I have watched this video a number of times now and while I think it is fabulous, I wish it could be revised slightly. I believe that all parents and their children have a need to identify outside of the special education realm. Many parents might watch this and suddenly identify with the fish and then all of a sudden be told that they are the only animal in the "animal school" that requires full special education. This is simply not ok. I think that the video needs to reflect the gifts in everyone, even the fish who feels like such an outsider, but simply is misunderstood by both teaching professionals and medical professionals. Often, those individuals require the support of caring parents and support staff to research and explore options to assist the individual to be successful in their learning environment. Please try to make this change to the video!!! Once it is done, I believe that many more people will feel connected and touched by the message.

I just love this movie as a mother of 2, loving wife, daughter, sister, cousin and neice I believe that not just children but everyone has their own individual personality, way to learn and spirit to grow. But since grown ups can handle themselves we are here to protect and care for our children and there are so many times in life I believe that parents listen to what a teacher or caregiver is giving as their thoughts on the child as the gospel truth. I know when my oldest was in Kindergarten her teacher tried to tell me that she had ADD but what she didn't know is I went home to find out more and what I found was that neither her or the guidance counselor were qualified to diagnose my child with ADD. It takes 6 - 8 months of therapy with a psycologist and even then the dianosey can be wrong. At any rate I never put her on any meds nor did I listen to the teacher and guidance counselor. My daughter is 15 and such a blessing. My husband and myself have always strived to mold our kids into a new generation of healthy, smart, loving and caring kids. Our youngest is 8 and they do argue like most siblings do, but they are like no other child their age and both learn and progress in different ways and at different levels.

Hey Ellen, I would like to answer & respond more to the three questions at the bottom, to the original thought/e-mail I was sent.

Which child has more “street smarts”?
Of coarse the younger kid.

Which child is more likely to succeed in the “real world”?
Succeed in a good paying job, the older kid.
Succeed in life all together, the younger kid.

If you own a business, which child would you hire to work as your salesman?
The younger kid!

Presumption: The younger son was over weight. Not because he likes to much candy.

I've always said, yes my daughter new her shapes by 1-1.5, ABC's & 123's by age 2. But as soon as I can I will be & I am already, in certain ways, teaching her common sense!

It's not a course you study in school and my daughter is defiantly going to have it!

If she's dead because of lack of common sense, how much of a career/life is she going to have then.

"man that could hurt/kill you, no way!" "Don't do that!" etc.........
That's where I want my baby to succeed in life!

Buy the way!
Animal School Movie Text, great way to open our eyes (parent/teachers). Someone long ago stated to me, "we shouldn't have the letter grade system we do. "You got and A, great job!" "You got and D try harder, put more effort into it!"

I agreed I wish the grading system was done differently.

My friends teacher just stated regarding her son, "when he's done with his work he's starts bothering the other kids that aren't."
Her question "When he's done can't you give him something else to do, more work?"

I have seen both sides to the fish. I, too, am a teacher and have had many special needs students over the years. I believe every child is an individual and should be treated as such. Many special needs children do very well in a traditional classroom, but some do not. At times, classroom instruction is often interrupted to work with the child, especially if it is behavorial. In addition, state law here is special needs children can account for 1/3 of the class. At a time with budget cuts in education, we need to look at what is the best educational choice for every child.

Amazing video! I bought a copy for our family. Our son was recently diagnosed with Aspergers and I cannot think of a more beautiful message for us as parents than the one your video sends. Words cannot express what a wondeful and invaluable tool that could be to parents, teachers, counselors, and people in general. Thank you for the blessing.

Certainly the weight challenged child is street-smart but he will grow up to indulge in delinquent behaviour. He will find it difficult to hold a job, if he can find one, and as he moves from the craving for inappropriate food to other inappropriates, he will fall back upon more and more 'illegal' and dangerous methods to satisfy his needs. His parents must address his weight issues and try and steer him away from the fast food he loves so much -- easier said than done, I know. The positive points in teh child's favour are many and those must be cultivated to improve the child's development graph.

Good day,
As a mother and new teacher to children with special needs and having a child with special needs I LOVED the movie.
One of my children have a challenge but we class his 'disability' as a 'quirk'. If only more people would stop thinking that disabilities are not "normal" and realise that people are people. You can learn so much by accepting a person for who they are. Yes, we are all different and yes, all of us have different levels of Autism. So who is normal?????
Had my little stand for today.

Like It Almost Was For My Dog Pebbles From The Home Of: Linda Kajda ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Dog Lover, My name is Linda Kajda. A couple years ago my dog Pebbles lost her beautiful coat of hair and then nearly died because of what I didn't know about dog skin care. Many dog owners, like you, know what it's like to have a dog suffering from skin problems. And if you're anything like me, you didn't know what to do to help. By reading my story below, YOU will discover the tips and strategies you need to CURE your dog's skin problems that I learned helping my dog. You will learn how the food your dog eats, the baths you give your dog, and how your carpet affects your dog's health. I promise that if you'll read my story I know you'll discover proven strategies you can use right now to help your dog with even the most aggressive skin problems. I found Pebbles while on vacation. She was the cutest Pomeranian I'd ever seen; a 2 pound ball of energy with a lovely Sable Colored fur. I never knew 2 years later I would watch helplessly as she lost all her hair in the fight of her life. I took Pebbles home and every time I looked at those big, beautiful, round eyes I would just melt. Then everything came crashing down. Pebbles was diagnosed with skin problems, and her beautiful coat of hair lost its luster. She lost her hair in small clumps and I wasn't sure what to do. Her beautiful fanned tail changed into a small, black whip that had a little curl on the end. Pebbles and I went from vet to vet to vet hoping for a miracle to help her get healthy and grow her fur back. We usually left with our tails between our legs because there was nothing they could recommend. The worst part was, they said Pebbles could lose all her fur; and maybe her life if not treated! I needed help fast. How Detox Lead To Discovery I found out Pebbles had Alopecia (hormone induced hair-loss.) The vet recommended treatment but nothing helped. She also suffered from skin irritations due to unknown causes. Frustrated, I went to a seminar on Body Detoxification and it inspired me in my quest to help Pebbles. I immediately researched natural and holistic treatments for skin care and dieting. I discovered what was wrong with Pebbles, and I was able to help her RECOVER through natural treatment! I learned that her diet and environment made her sick as well. She started recovering from Alopecia. I turned the corner, or so I thought... Does Your Dog… Suffer From Skin Problems? Want To Find Out? Get Instant Access! To My Interactive Dog Skin Care Quiz. What level of skin problems does your dog have? Yours FREE! Your Dog's Diet and Environment: Deadly? Just as Pebbles improved, her skin problems came back. She started losing her hair all over again. I phoned Heidi, a friend and fellow dog owner to ask her for advice. To my surprise, she told me that her dog once had the same symptoms. She told me that it sounded like my puppy had “dog dandruff” (yes, dogs get it too.) Her cheap, simple solution floored me... When she said to give my dog an oatmeal bath, I laughed. But the dandruff went away almost immediately. The oatmeal only cost me $3 bucks, much cheaper than the $100 plus that veterinarians usually charge. When she told me Pebbles environment was keeping her from recovering from hair loss, I was skeptical. When she told me that Pebbles diet and environment could be deadly, I was shocked. Every day I took Heidi's advice and made changes in my home and in Pebble's diet. I knew I had to learn all I could to ensure her recovery completely. But how much does your environment affect your dog? Discovering “Cures” for Common Skin Ailments I spent hours, days, and weeks searching for ways to help Pebbles. Through my research I learned about all of the different things that can affect your dog's skin and health. I helped Pebbles recover fully! There are countless things in your own yard and home that can cause or aggravate your dog's skin problems. I want to share these things with you. Learn how chemicals, carpets and even collars affect your dog's health. Discover how your dog's diet adds or subtracts years off your best friend's life. It's this knowledge that I wish to share with you, because I know how frustrating it can be to not know how to help your dog. I sat down and compiled a list of all of things I have discovered, and that every dog owner should know. Before I knew it, I found myself with a wealth of very valuable and useful information... They need certain information from you--a lot of information, some of which you might think is none of their business (like where you will keep the pet, whether you have a fenced yard, whether you own or rent, how many children you have, and what your job is). You also need information from them--everything they know about the pet you are considering for adoption. What is your shelter like? The best way to tell is to visit, check it out, look at the animals, and ask questions. You might even consider volunteering to walk dogs or help out in other ways. Volunteering at your shelter is a great way to find out how the shelter system works in your area, as well as get to know some of the pets before you make a decision about which pet is right for you. Your shelter needs you! Why not pay a visit today? I turned the corner, or so I thought… Does Your Dog… Suffer From Skin Problems? Want To Find Out? Get Instant Access! To My Interactive Dog Skin Care Quiz. She told me that it sounded like my puppy had “dog dandruff” (yes, dogs get it too.) Her cheap, simple solution floored me… When she said to give my dog an oatmeal bath, I laughed. They need certain information from you–a lot of information, some of which you might think is none of their business (like where you will keep the pet, whether you have a fenced yard, whether you own or rent, how many children you have, and what your job is). You also need information from them–everything they know about the pet you are considering for adoption.
That presentation was truly touching. I had gotten teary eyed.. as I realized my little one is all her own ... and to appreciate it more often than trying to completely comform her to what 'society' accepts.

I loved it, and it touched me greatly.

Thank you!

I loved the movie. Thank you. It summed up so much of what my group does...wow. As the director of an outdoor education nonprofit, we try so hard to give all those kids (animals) different spaces in which to be themselves. Let Kanga jump, Bear thrive, Eagle soar, Zebra shine, Bee buzz ... and ... my favorite... let fish show us that there is no difference to any of it.

Simply wonderful...it touches your heart.I had come across a quote where the child says "do not always expect from me, but accept me as I am..."
You have just shown me how true it is and how important it is to understand and show our consideration towards them.

This little movie made me cry too. Our two oldest sons, now 21 and 23 always struggled in school-they are each creative and intelligent young men, but in Texas, where our oldest graduated, the whole school year was focused on passing a state-wide test. They literally "taught the test" all year. They had test "carnivals" and parties, etc. to encourage the kids to pass this test. Many kids couldn't understand why they still had school when the test was over--they didn't know why they were there anymore!! Now we live in Georgia and things are a little better in that regard. Our 8 year old does fine in school- he likes the routine and his teacher is great! However, we have recently taken our 16 year old out of school-he will finish high school through an at home, self paced course. He thinks he will be through in a year! He is very excited to not be limited to their ideas about how he must learn. He loves science-any aspect of it-so now he can learn all he wants. (he could before, but who wants to after a 7 hour day at school?) About the movie--I sure do wish kids could be grouped by learning style at school and put with teachers who understand, maybe even have, that learning style themselves. And i can completely identify with Debbie from April 23.

I am excited about incorporting this message (through the book and DVD) with our students. We should assist our students in recognizing their uniqueness, personal strengths and individualized ways of learning (as each of the animals were unique). Students are all motivated! Never say a child is lazy or not motivated. However, just like the animals, they are "uniquely" motivated depending on their basic and secondary needs at a particular time. Thank you Ellen for delivering this message in an exquisite format and thanks richlavoie.com for teaching us that all students are motivated.

This movie touched my heart. My son would be an eagle. Always doing things he shouldn't. Smart kid, but his teaches just don't understand him and how he learns. No matter how many times I talk to his teachers, they just don't get it.

I wish more teachers would watch this movie!

I am the mother of 2 and my boyfriend has 2 children. This weekend I made them all sit down and watch the animal film, after alot of hemming and hawing, they instantly started comparing themselves to the different animals. There was no prompting from me, I just asked them to all watch it for me, and they did. It opened up dialogue for them. My son and I are going through issues at school right now, about ADD, ADHD, and they would be happy enough if I medicated my son. He is starting to have self confidence issues, comparing himself with classmates, and I couldn't have explained the differences ALL children have to the point he would have taken it to heart. We come from a long line of animal lovers and it nailed it for my son. The other kids benefitted as well. Thank you to whomever came up with this BRILLIANT film. I think it should be mandatory for all students, and STAFF!SCHOOLS EVERYWHERE!!!

When asked to respond to the man's two sons, the question of which one I would hire, in knowing only what I now know; I would hire the 11 year old boy. He seems honest and straightforward, whereas the other boy, although creative he may be, is willing to be deceitful in order to fulfill his own, selfish goals.

I am at the beginning of this journey with my 3yo daughter. She is definitely dancing to her own drum. I can't quite peg her into any particular animal, but there are parts of her in each. She is developmentally delayed, yet she can dance and move with so much grace. She is incredibly strong. The most amazing thing is her ability to understand emotions at such an early age....both her own and her ability to correctly read others. It is truly a gift. If I just looked at the academics she would appear just delayed. But when I see her in other areas she is like the Eagle in flight or the Kangaroo....

I pray the current education system does not defeat her or her dreams. I struggled and did terribly in school until 8th grade....then the school couldn't keep up with my mind. I had straight 'A's and became bored by junior year until I hit college and was again challenged and excited by school. Some Professor's nurtured my potential, while others criticized anything I did to the point I felt defeated and trying was pointless.

All of the stories shared make me want to advocate for my child and continue to give her ways to thrive. Thank you!

This video touched me so deeply. It made me cry, especially the part about the bee. It made me so glad that I never sent my kids to school to be labelled and assessed and categorized. I watched it with my kids many many times. Thank you!

This movie was really touching to me. I teach a 7th grade class, and this helped me to understand some of their weaknesses better. One of my students is a duck. She always looks calm and collected, but on the inside, she is stressed. This relates to the duck because when it is swimming, it looks peaceful, but you can't see under the water where its feet are moving like crazy. Another of my students is like the fish. He is mentally retarded, and tries, but can't quite get it right. Another of my students is like the bee. No matter what, she always looks on the bright side of things, and never gives up no matter how many problems she has. The last student I will talk to you about is like the eagle. She always looks at things in a different way then everyone else. Sometimes, for example in a math problem, that could be to her advantage. This is when the other students accuse her of cheating.

Whenever I watch this film, my eyes are filled w/tears. I watch it when I am stressed that my students won't know how to do something in time for a test. This film gives me hope, and tells me that they are all different. Thank you so much for sharing this w/ me. It has helped me greatly. (PS-sometimes the words go way to fast)

I watch it when I am stressed that my students won’t know how to do something in time for a test. This film gives me hope, and tells me that they are all different. Thank you so much for sharing this w/ me. It has helped me greatly. (PS-sometimes the words go way to fast)

I would like to contact you about a proposal that I have for your animal school video and your writing in general. Can you please email me your email address (I see no "contact us" on this site) or contact information so that we can talk further.

This was forwarded to me by someone in TN that I met on a message board. I was in awe and humbled by it as I was the zebra, the eagle and ended up being the bee. I am in childcare and this video is so touching and spot on, I'm thrilled to share it with others. I sent it to a schoolteacher friend of mine, who in turn sent it to ALL of her co-workers, about 200, so it will go on and on..maybe reaching thousands of educators. Thanks!

Since we began our homeschooling journey, nearly 18 years ago, the reasons for our decision are plainly stated in the Animal School Movie.

When I met my first homeschooled children my son, now 19, was barely 2. I was thrilled by the love of family, learning, individual pride and ownership of both what they knew and where they were at!! At that time I had the pleasure of sharing a tea with a 17 year old who made comfortable eye contact, had goals and dreams and LOVED his family. He had no animosity towards adults, knew where he was headed and what he needed to get there. His family supported him, even in his mistakes. He felt an integral part of his family and community. He had a deep sense of belonging! I wanted that for my children.
I left the meeting that day thoroughly convinced that home school was the answer for our family.

With one finished his studies and our daughter, who turned 15 today, happy to be in homeschool, we continue our journey. I guess I sometimes take for granted the closeness our family has developed as a result of homeschooling. Children spell love "TIME." It never ceases to amaze others how loving our grown children are and how happily they share their friends, concerns, goals and trials.
It has not been without sacrifice!! To live on one income in this day and age is not an easy task but every moment with my children has been worth it! To cater to their learning styles, goals, desires and interests has been an absolute pleasure as they have blossomed under this umbrella of understanding and flexibility.

Thank you for reminding me of the reason for our decision and the importance and practicality of our lives!!

God Bless those led to his purpose!

Gratefully here,
Joy

I found this video through nauremoms.com blog and have been telling everyone about it.I loved it!I too teared up.I was reading comments posted 2 years ago regarding the fish, and how many people were offended at the suggestion that the fish be segregated.....I think that a key point was missed by those who were offended.THIS PARTICULAR FISH would have done better in a different environment, one which is able to accomodate the needs of a fish.A fish cannot live out of water. It can best grow in an environment which is HEALTHY for a water creature. Not to say that there could not be wonderful places where land meets water and they all learn from each other but THIS PARTICULAR FISH needed to be in a different environment in order to blossom.Nowhere does it imply in the story that the fish should be kept away to benefit the comfort of the other animals but rather that the fish be somewhere that THE FISH is happiest.
Maybe this was all said already,I did not read the full 2 years worth of comments.
I will agree that perhaps Ellen's wording of "being less fishy" was not the best.
That was not my interpretation of this story. To me the point is that "all creatures are not created equal" including fish.:)

So true, and simple. Yet, humans have a tendency to make things so complicated, and in relation to children, they try to fit them under the so called "normal/average" category. It is so easy to see our individuality, and for the most part we don't. The animal school movie is truly brilliant, and a wonderfull way to remind others and ourselves, of the simplicity and uniqueness of our children. Absolutely loved it.

An amazing inspiring movie. Is it okay if I put it as a link on my blog? One of my passions is to help others rediscover their passions and gifts... which were shown to us as children.
Another passion is to help parents feel empowered to allow their children to 'be' the child they are.
It's no surprise then that I think the whole world needs to see this movie. Apparently so do a lot of others, because I've received the link in a few emails.
Please do let me know if it's not okay to include the link in my blog.
Congratulations on creating such a powerful message!

I read this story in a book by Leo Buscaglia called "Love." I used to read it to my students before teaching them about learning styles. Is that where you got the idea for your book/video from?

Hello there,

I think this is what we mean by intrinsic motivation. How about letting children discover for themselves what they want to learn by living life. This is what democratic schooling is all about.
I've been to visit Denmark Friskole and this left a huge impression .. so that we started Sudbury Valley schooling type education in Belgium. You can visit us at http://www.leerhuisbrussel.be ... translation is gradually getting there, but if you can't wait have a look at http://www.sudval.org .... this is an actual place where you can find zebra's, eagles, bears, ... playing and learning with each other !! ;-)
Keep up the message

Thank you for your beautiful movie! Both of my children are successful at school earning very good grades and testing well above average on standardized tests. However, my 12 year old daughter has had a very hard time with this being her first year at Jr. High. Unfortunately for her, it's a school that prizes athletic abilities above all else and she sometimes feels lost in the shuffle. She is an incredibly talented artist and they don't have much to offer her. To make matters worse, she was denied the possibility to take a creative class at the local community college because she'd be taken out of school 15 minutes early on Fridays for three months. Of course if she were athletically gifted, she'd be granted the excused absences. It's sad when some kids talents are prized while others are ignored. I'm trying to think of a way to pass your lovely movie along to the administration of her school.

This was an awesome video. It really made me think about the children that are considered "problem" students. Maybe our educational system needs to find different methods of teaching these children instead of grouping all kids into one group. Everyone learns differently, maybe teachers can learn to teach in different styles.

This video really epitomizes why we are choosing to homeschool our children. We have more of a vested interest in their education than anyone else on the planet and we only get one shot at it. They're such a blessing and a gift in our lives that even with two parents being college educated, we'd prefer to earn less and take this current time to invest in their education than entrust it to some complete stranger or a broken educational system. Thanks for such an inspirational video.

Ibegan teaching in 1964, had 4 sons, and have retired twice. I went back this year to help in the after school program, so am again with children of the junior high school age. Your film on the "Animal School" really hit home with many of the teachers that I sent it to ,as well, as myself. I can see more of the definations now with the students that I work with every day. Many of them really need help and are trying to cope with the "advantges?" that they are faced with each day. I really think that we are doing the children a disservice by placing them in catagories and putting restraintes on them. Some need a different type of teaching and a lot of them we are not meeting "THEIR" needs.

I loved the movie and I'm so thankful to have found your website. I'm a mother of six children.
The presentation was very enlightening. I feel all educators should be encoucouraged to watch it.

It would be a boring world if all our children were the same. Our children should be encouraged to be individuals.

Yes, the Animal School presentation was meaningful, and beautifully described a definite problem. But, if you go to www.glumbert.com and search for an extremely popular video entitled "Shift Happens", you will see described another HUGE problem. And that is that children are being educated today to solve problems and deal with technologies that don't even exist today. Therefore, my point is, children MUST learn how to LEARN. Even though they might posesss a natural abillity in a certain area and not in another, the skill of LEARNING must be taught! New information is being acquired at such a rapid pace today that a student entering college will be learning things in his freshman year that will be totally outdated by his junior year! Children must be taught the abillity to learn, and continue learning!
I am 69-yo and retired, and one thing that I strongly believe is that a H.S. diploma or a College Degree provides you with VERY LIMITED information that you will actually USE in your career. What the Degree or Diploma actually are is a DEMONSTRATION that you have learned how to learn.
So, I believe that some degree of 'conformity' is essential, and a grave disservice may be done to a student, especially at an early age if they are allowed to choose only their own path, based on their early abillities, and not trained in the art of learning some skills that may not be entirely to their liking.
Now, obviously, not every student will be able to do this, but if we are truly preparing them for the future, the effort must be made.

I am the Mom of Asperger children. This movie was so beautiful. The message so powerful. It identified so perfectly many of the problems special needs children face, often more than 1. It also captures the reason I continue to educate and sometimes struggle with schools in my jouney to help my children. It will also help me keep my focus and give me strength, when times get rough, which can be daily. Thank You for the bottom of my heart.

My son the squirrel (or was it the eagle-kangaroo cross? or the bee? or maybe even a fish) started kindergarten ready to learn. He had just learned how to read. Because of this, everyone felt that "his social skills" needed work and so he wasn't challenged academically. He became more and more depressed and we took him out of public school for first grade, put him in with a wonderful teacher who worked with him. Our second year (and Mrs. Adkins moved up a grade level with him-- yay!) she showed us this film which made me cry.

I love the descriptions of your animals though as we all realize, there's a limit to metaphors and you can't please everyone:) I do however think the film-- as it is-- is a thought-provoking, wonderful piece of work.

I would also add to the fish-comments-people: Labeling in order to segregate is wrong, and many kids in special ed (or gifted classes) do fine or okay or adapt to the classroom when adaptations are made. But there still are kids the system can't accomodate. Change something and other kids become fish. The general wording made Ellen open to attacks from the finer points of those sensitive but sometimes kids do best in a different environment.

Again, my overall impression was raw emotion; this touched me on such a deep level for my sons and all children and I thank you for making this film available to us.

Of course the Animal School slideshow is a poignant reminder of the importance of accepting each student as they come to us, and working to meet their needs. It's beautiful.

But the anecdote in Ellen's blog entry above, about the eight-year-old who is restless, creative, and entrepreneurial, seems to miss the point that some level of conformity is required for learning to take place. We SHOULD value diversity and creativity and motivation and entrepreneurship, but these things must not interfere with this student's, or others', learning. Not all diversity is good, and not all conformity is bad.

Which child has more “street smarts”? Well, the eight-year-old, clearly. But if he is unable to conform to the degree required to get some "book smarts", he'll have ONLY his street smarts to support himself later in life, severely limiting his options.

Which child is more likely to succeed in the “real world”? Which part of the "real world" are we talking about? Creativity and entrepreneurship are no guarantees of success anywhere, let alone everywhere; look at all the starving artists and failed small businesses that abound.

If you own a business, which child would you hire to work as your salesman? Probably the eight-year-old, but not if he isn't also organized, disciplined, and a competent communicator. Granted, you won't be successful in a sales career if you can't sell, but you also won't be successful if that's ALL you can do.

Of course we should celebrate and nurture and encourage all students, even the ones who don't fit the mold, ESPECIALLY the ones who don't fit the mold, but they still must learn to read and write and do math. Too many people, parents usually, want to excuse poor performance on the basis of "diversity" or "learning style". Diversity is a wonderful thing, but some level of conformity is required of all children, for learning in school, and for success in life.

Hopefully, the eight-year-old's teacher was well-trained enough, and had a small enough class size, that she could take the time to build connections for him to the real curriculum. It would be ideal if he could spend all day at school running his iced-tea business, but somebody is going to expect the teacher to make him proficient at reading, writing, and math, too.

Wow! I would hire the little guy who is given fruits and veggies.. what a go getter.. Unfortunately he needs more protein in his diet to counteract his craving for sweets. But every experience has reason for being and this little guy knows how to get what he needs. Now if we can direct him away from the sweets..... J.

Dear Denise G.,

I appreciate your love of good grammar and spelling. BUT, as a pesky Barrister and Solicitor, PLEASE try to employ a modicum of logic in your posts. What on earth has good grammar and spelling to do with concern for children's successful development?
