Pros and Cons: A review of Banzai The Plunge:

Pros:

This incredible water slide and accompanying pool provide hours and hours of pure fun for children in every age bracket!

A terrific venue for birthday parties, carnivals, and day camps, this is one item that will entertain about two dozen kids simultaneously as the jump out of the pool and climb back up in order to slide down again and again!

Product is made of heavy duty material to withstand lots of use, and lots of jumps.

The blowing motor is not too loud, unlike other brands, and it runs well for 8 consecutive hours.

Much easier to dry out and pack away than most of the other large water slides.

Cons:

When you deflate the Banzai water slide, the pool also deflates each time. Some parents wished there would be a way to keep the pool inflated in order to conserve that water for the next use.

It won’t fit back into the bag that comes with it, so do not bother trying.

Tips:

Place a large tarp down in the area where kids will walk from the pool back to the slide. This will eliminate muddy feet getting the pool water dirty due to grass and mud.

It takes 1.5 or 2 hours to fill the pool with water from an average garden hose, so plan to fill it early in the day that you want to use it.

The pool must be placed on level ground in order to work well.

Customer testimonial: At the end of my daughter’s birthday party which centered around Banzai the Plunge, one of the dads ordered this product right from his smart phone, right in our backyard — it’s that much fun!

Move it around to different parts of your lawn so your grass is not damaged. Consider the ‘wasted’ water of emptying the pool in the evening to just be watering your lawn!

To put the slide away, let Banzai the Plunge deflate and dry in the sun for 24 hours. Then, blow it back up and turn it on its side to get rid of all the water, then let it dry in the sun a few more hours. Don’t put it away if it’s a bit wet, or mold will grow on it.
