Newsletter Support:
You may unsubscribe from our mailings by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email you received from us. Once clicked, you will be taken to a page where you can choose to unsubscribe from our database.
How do I change my email address?
To change your email address, simply click the link at the bottom of any email you received from us. Once clicked, you will be taken to a page that has your subscription details. Click ‘edit’ next to your email address and enter your new email address. Click submit.
I have a question about an advertisement you listed in your newsletter.
The ads listed in our mailings are paid advertisements. Therefore all questions should be directed to the advertiser. Typically advertisers have contact information on their websites and are happy to answer your questions.
I have a problem ordering one of the advertised products.
All ads are sponsored advertisements, therefore we do not offer support for these products. You will need to contact the advertiser for assistance.
Do you endorse the ads that you list in your newsletter?
No, we do not recommend or endorse the products. You should always research any opportunity, product or service carefully prior to purchasing or joining.
The link in your newsletter is broken.
If the link is broken because it was too long and it wrapped, simply type the URL into your brower bar. If you clicked through the link and received a 404 error or page could not be found message, first check the spelling of the URL to ensure we didn’t accidentally misspell a word.
After you have tried both of these, if you still have trouble, submit a support ticket and include the url that you are having trouble with.
Product Support:
Physical products are handled by a third-party processing company and can take up to 48 hours to process and ship. Please allow 7-10 days for processing and delivery. If you have not received your and it has been longer than 10 days, please submit a ticket along with your receipt and we will look into it.
Digital orders are processed immediately and you should receive download instructions in your inbox within an hour upon submitting payment. Again, if you have not received your product, please submit a support ticket along with your receipt.
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted.

Is there a discount for multiple purchases?
Yes, we have three discount options:
10% off when you buy 2 or more products
20% off when you buy 4 or more products
33% off when you buy 10 or more products
Discounts are applied automatically by RaisingSmallSouls’ shopping cart. Simply select the product, enter how many you want to purchase and the shopping cart program will do the rest.
Do your products come in languages other than English?
Yes! The Animal School Movie is now available in Spanish, French, Chinese, German, Hebrew, Hindi, and Japanese. View the Animal School Movie in the different languages here.
