Although, the included train set is pretty extensive and you might have trouble convincing your child to play with anything else. Best of all, it comes with a storage area to tuck away all mess and pieces so you don’t have to worry about things getting lost. The trundle drawer is easy for children to use, can store all the toy pieces and keeps mess of your floors and out sight.

This table is officially termed a “train table” making train sets its primary activity. The included train set is extensive and comes with several vehicles and train cars. One side of the tabletop is painted with a rural scene to make train play more interesting and realistic. The table is large enough to fit many multi-piece train sets.
However, this table is not limited to trains. It has a reversible tabletop featuring a neutral wood side. This means almost any activity can take place on the table surface. Your child can play with puzzles, crayons, dolls, and racecars and just about anything else to his hearts content on this surface. The raised lip keeps toys from rolling off and the storage drawer on wheels makes clean up and storage of multi-piece toys, like legos, a breeze.

This table comes with a trundle drawer. This means you can wheel it around and throw in toys. The drawer is ten inches deep, allowing for maximum storage capacity.
Construction
This table features natural wood construction for strength and durability. The T-molded edges prevent chipping and all edged are curved and sanded to prevent bumps and bruises.
This table will require assembly but is generally easily built. The track assembly was more difficult than table assembly. All required tools are included in the set.
Safety
The train table comes with small parts and is therefore a choking hazard that should not be used with children under 3 years of age.
The raised 1 inch lip around the table helps keep children from grabbing items off the table top and prevents pieces from rolling onto the floor.
Dimensions
When fully assembled the table will measure 32 x 23.5 x 10 inches. It will weigh 57 pounds. It is therefore advisable to build the table wherever you plan to permanently keep it. Moving such a large item is not easy.
Color
The table is available in a choice of 3 colors. You can choose from a natural-colored wood, a honey-colored wood, or a wood that has a white finish. The table surface features a painted rural train scene. This includes various shades of green grass and fields, a blue water area and black roads. On its reverse side it has the natural, honey, or white finish, allowing it to blend in with the rest of your furniture.

Pros: This table comes with a 120 piece train set. This makes it a great value and less expensive than buying a table and trains set separately. The set is fully equipped for everything your child will need or want, without having to buy extra pieces or accessories.
Pros:The table is made of wood and the tabletop is reversible with one side featuring a painted train scene and one side featuring a plain wooden finish. This makes the table super versatile. Combined with the wide table surface this makes almost any activity possibly on this table. Plus the rolling storage system means toy pieces stay off the floor and can be tucked away out of site. Thus, in the evenings after the kids are in bed, this table can appear to be just another regular piece of furniture in your family room.
Cons: This train table is not made of furniture-quality wood. It is made of particle board, and will last for years of normal play, but it won’t survive that long if kids climb and jump on it!

I finally gave in and decided to buy a train table for them. Now they can play for as long as they want, in their own home, without mommy dragging them away. “I run a daycare with children aged 2 to 8. Ever single one of them plays with this table. I am really impressed by everything that came with this set. The table is the perfect height to accommodate all my little tykes. The little ones can stand and walk around the table while the older ones kneel and play.
I have a lot of experience buying children’s toys. Very often photos are misleading and make products look a lot larger than they really are. That was not the case here. There is room for several children to play together comfortably without fights breaking lose. It was pretty easy to put together, but would have gone faster has I had an assistant or another adult around. The table assembly was really clear and simple. The train track took me a little longer. Save the directions in case your kids disassemble the track. Believe me, that’s a lesson I learned from experience!”
